Ritchie Community League is proud to offer the Ritchie Crew Subscription - an innovative way to both display your Ritchie pride, and support the League’s programming and long-term initiatives.

Ritchie Crew Subscribers pay an automated monthly donation at the subscription tier they choose.

Each subscription tier comes with:

• Ritchie residents will receive an annual RCL membership*.

• The Ritchie Crew Discount card

• A thank you pack

• Yearly Ritchie Swag** - See tier options below for swag values

• Subscribe by October 31, 2025 and get early access to the online store (Nov/Dec)

ABOUT THE RITCHIE CREW SUBSCRIPTION GIFT CARD

Every Ritchie Crew Subscriber with an active subscription on November 9th will get a RCL merch store gift card with their subscription.

Your gift card can be used for drinks at Pub Night, at our in-person event merch tables, or on our online store.

If you start your subscription on or after November 10th, or, if you cancel your subscription before November 9th, you will not receive a gift card for this year’s merch.

Everyone who has a subscription will receive a league membership and Ritchie Businesses Discount Card with their subscription, regardless of when they subscribe.

IMPORTANT MERCH DATES

Here are the dates you need to know:

• NOVEMBER 9: LAST DAY to get a Crew Subscription to qualify for this year's Ritchie gift card

• NOVEMBER 10: Crew Subscribers receive their gift cards via email and get early access to purchase merch from the RCL online store

• NOVEMBER 16: Remaining inventory is opened to the general public

• DECEMBER 11: Online store closes to everyone for the year

• DECEMBER 13: Volunteers deliver your merch purchases to your home

Your support makes it possible for your Ritchie Community league to:

• Host gatherings like the summer BBQ, Community League Day, and the winter holiday party

• Provide scholarships and discounts for our amazing programs

• Build a new hall

Your subscription can be cancelled at any time.

Ritchie Crew members will get priority access to the latest awesome merchandise to show off their Ritchie pride.

The Ritchie Crew Subscription is a community initiative led by the Ritchie Community League’s volunteer board. We will strive to ensure that all subscriber rewards are fulfilled. However, there may be certain circumstances where that may not be possible. The Ritchie Community League will do its best notify subscribers and find a mutual resolution to any issue arises, but please be aware that what is promised under the Ritchie Crew Subscription may change at any time without notice. ONE-TIME DONATION INSTEAD?

If you’d prefer to make a one-time donation to the League, please send an e-transfer to donate@ritchie-league. Specify the purpose in the comments.

VOLUNTEER TO DELIVER MERCH!

Every year, we do a big delivery day to all our Ritchie Crew Subscribers. There are various teams for sorting, folding, snacking, counting, and running around the neighbourhood to deliver purchases to our neighbours.
