+ Where does our support go?

Your monthly contributions will go a long way to ensuring Ritchie has the funds available to provide high quality, equitable programming and maintain our facilities.

+ What do we receive for our support?

Visit this page for a full breakdown of the subscription support tiers. Every level includes a Ritchie Community League Membership, Ritchie Crew Discount Card, and the knowledge that you are helping the community continue to grow and support its residents.

+ How do I get my Ritchie League membership card?

We no longer issue physical membership cards. You will receive email in September with your membership card attached as a PDF. You may also download your membership card at any time (including the option to load it into a digital wallet on iOS or Android phones) by visiting https://ritchie.getcommunal.com/login and logging in with the email address you used when signing up. If you don't know your password use the "Login with magic link" option.

+ Why are there two cards?

A Ritchie Crew subscriber receives a standard Ritchie League membership card (digital), just like any other community league member. Additionally you receive a plastic discount card (and keychain fob) which can be used to receive Ritchie Crew discounts at select businesses. The Community League membership card cannot be used for the discount, and the Discount Card can't be used as proof of Community League membership (e.g. at a swimming pool).

+ When do we receive our swag?

Every year in November you will receive email with a digital gift card (amount depends on your subscription level) which can be used to order swag from an online store.

+ Are subscription fees or donations tax deductable?

No, unfortunately, as community leagues do not qualify as a registered charity, tax refunds will not be issued for any donations or subscription contributions.

+ What if we have purchased a membership already?

If you've already purchased your RCL membership, it will be associated with your Ritchie Crew subscription and you will receive a new membership card each year in September.

+ What if we require a family membership?

All subscribers will receive a family membership when they sign up.

+ Can I join if I live outside of Ritchie Community?

Yes! Please make sure you have a valid membership from your home Community League. Visit the Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues webpage for details. You will also need to make arrangements to pick up the physical items of your subscriptions. (we only deliver within the Ritchie Neighbourhood.

+ Can we cancel at anytime?

Yes, we understand that circumstances can change at any time. Should you require modifying your subscription, cancel through your user profile, or by contacting us for support. Your Ritchie League membership will remain valid until the end of August, even if you cancel your Ritchie Crew Subscription.

+ Will the Ritchie Crew Subscription Change?

The Ritchie Crew Subscription may change from time to time, and although we will do our best to notify you in advance, this may not be possible. Our participating businesses and third-party service providers may vary the offers that they are able to provide subscribers or stop participating all together without notice. If that happens, we will try to work with you to figure out a solution but we cannot promise that we will be able to do so. If you have any questions, please contact us.
