Ritchie built its first community hall in the 1960s through community bonds. Now, we’re doing again - together! The Roots for Ritchie Community Bonds give residents, neighbours, and local businesses a powerful way to help fund construction while earning a return on investment.
This isn’t a donation - it’s a loan to your community. Every dollar goes directly toward the new Ritchie Hall.
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: You purchase a bond
Step 2: The league uses those funds to build the new hall, and you receive annual benefits or cash interest
Step 3: Your loan is fully repaid after five years

All bonds are issued under the Ritchie Community League bylaws and backed by community transparency and accountability.
