Here's a little more about our fab instructor:
Kristal Forrest is a wife, mother, yoga teacher, and student. She has been practicing yoga for 12 years and has had the privilege of sharing this healing practice through teaching for four years. Vinyasa means movement with breath and she is pleased to be offering a gentle Vinyasa practice to the Ritchie Community. You will use the breath to transition seamlessly in and out of each posture, to keep your awareness focused, and to begin to gently open the body. All postures have modifications available to make them accessible for beginners, as well as to challenge those with an already established practice. Whether you are looking for relaxation, community, or an opportunity to get your body moving, you can find it in this class. She can't wait to meet you on your mat!
