Classes accommodate beginner, intermediate and advanced students of the martial arts and those interested in improving their health. Your instructor, Doug, began learning external and internal martial arts in the 1970s and began practising Tai Chi exclusively after retiring in 2005 in order to manage his arthritis. He’ll demystify internal martial principles such as Peng, Wuji, Chi, Song and Fang Song.
Wear comfortable clothing and indoor shoes.
