Join this gentle Vinyasa practice where you use breath to transition seamlessly in and out of each posture and keep your awareness focussed. All postures have modifications available to make them accessible for beginners, as well as to challenge those with an already established practice. Whether you are looking for relaxation, community or an opportunity to get your body moving, you can find it in this class. All you need is a yoga mat (mats are available or bring your own) and some comfortable clothing.
