Nuture your chi Sundays at Ritchie

Schedule change announced for Chi-Gong, Meditation & Intro to Taiji sessions offered at Ritchie Hall.

Monday afternoon sessions are moving to Sunday afternoons, 3 - 4:30 p.m..

Tuesday morning sessions are unchanged at 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.. All are free and led by Doug Gauld, an experienced martial arts practitioner.

Margareta Monday evening classes cancelled

Core Fitness and Zumba classes in Ritchie are cancelled tonight, as instructor Margareta Jesse is unexpectedly unavailable.

Margareta Mondays return with the full slate of classes next week:

  • Total Body Challenge 9 - 10 a.m. (stroller friendly)

  • Core Fitness (6:15 - 6:45 p.m.)

  • Zumba (7 - 8 p.m.)
