Full House! We are taking no new members for now.

TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS 9 - 10 am

Move to the oldies in this mixed-level class offering exercise for every body! The workout includes components of cardio, strength training, balance and flexibility for a well-rounded one-hour workout!
